Level 2: A three-day in-depth study of the characteristics of wine, wine styles and quality and you’ll learn about different production methods, and how to store, select and serve wine. You’ll also learn about food pairing and how different foods can be chosen to bring out the best flavours of the wine.
The course is delivered one day per week for three weeks and will require around 11 hours of personal study in between the classroom study days.
