Busi Jacobsohn: BARREL 1, STILL WHITE WINE

This vineyard is settled in the rolling hills of East Sussex just outside if Eridge. This small vineyard is run by couple Susanna and Douglas and this is their field mix, from multi-vintages which has been oaked.

It gives us aromas of aromatic green citrus and grapefruit, set alongside beautiful balance and structure. A dry white, it’s fresh and full of summer zest. The initial flavours of fruit and blossom are layered with a subtle crispness.
