Chaffor Bacchus

Set in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, the first vines were planted on the 23 acre estate in 2009 by Tim and Sarah Chafor, on terroir that once formed part of the ancient Royal hunting forest of Bernwood.

This is their Bacchus which is crisp, elegant and refined, this wine reflects the true varietal character of this quintessentially English grape with a balance of elderflower, inviting minerality and zesty tropical undertones.
