Hidden Spring Blanc de Noirs 2018

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes this is a sparkling wine made in the traditional champagne method. It is lively and bright with lemon peel, blackberry and brioche aromas leading to flavours of lime, blackcurrant and crunch green apple. It has vibrant bubbles with a lingering finish.
