The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard in Hellingly, East Sussex. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’.
This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.
