Eastbourne to Épernay
THE DEPARTURE
- Early start — wheels roll around 8am
- 11am shuttle whisks you across to Calais
- Scenic drive into Champagne country, with a leisurely lunch stop en route
- Arrive Épernay and stroll the legendary Avenue de Champagne — the single richest street on earth, lined with grand maisons and ready cellars
- An evening tasting, followed by dinner in town

TUE 11 MAY
Château Life in Ay
VINES & PICNICS
- Morning trip to a storied chateau in Ay for an exclusive tasting
- Picnic among the vines — glass in hand, views for miles
- Return to Épernay for the afternoon
- Another tasting and dinner back in town, savouring a second night among the grand houses

WED 12 MAY
Onward to Troyes
MEDIEVAL CHARM & VINEYARD VIEWS
- Drive south into the half-timbered streets of Troyes for lunch
- Afternoon vineyard tour and tasting in the surrounding Côte des Bar
- Dinner and an overnight stay in one of Champagne’s most beautiful medieval towns

Reims & the Journey Home
ONE LAST TOAST
- Early departure, driving north to Reims
- Tasting
- Free time to explore — the cathedral, the cellars, the cafés, entirely at your own pace
- 4:30pm — back on the road to Calais
- Board the evening shuttle (7–8pm) and head back across the Channel
- Home to Eastbourne, glass still ringing in your memory
