From the Family run vineyard in Rye, this wine is made from their  Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes which has spent six years on the lees. Demi-Sec is the sweetest available style of English Sparkling Wine, but it is not too sweet! The high proportion of Pinot Noir gives the wine some real heft and fruit, but it is balanced out beautifully by the tension and minerality the Chardonnay provides
